This store is operated by OnTools. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are representative; colours may look slightly different on your screen. Specifications such as brightness and battery life are as supplied by the manufacturer and may vary in real use.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

If an item is out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to arrange a replacement or cancel the order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the delivery address is unreachable, or we suspect the order isn't genuine. We'll tell you if we do.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled.
