Delivery charge

Free island-wide delivery on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — no delivery charge added at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery takes 3–4 working days to most parts of Sri Lanka. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Payment

We deliver cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment, no card details needed.

Please have the full amount ready — couriers can't always give change.

Tracking

We'll message you on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

If you're not there

The courier will usually attempt delivery again or contact you by phone. If a parcel can't be delivered after repeated attempts, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled.

Checking your parcel

You're welcome to open the parcel and check the item in front of the courier before paying.
